Whether highways, dams, buildings, or other structures, a thorough and accurate geotechnical evaluation ensures a safe and sound underlying terrain for whatever construction and development takes place upon it. The potentially unforeseen conditions of the subsurface geology and topography can impact a project’s economic feasibility, engineering capability, and ultimate project success.  That's where we come in. 

While our geotechnical engineering services are versatile and custom-tailored to the needs of our client, they are typically performed in three phases:  

  1. The Exploration Phase  - Information is gathered and data is assimilated.  
  2. The Laboratory Phase - Data is studied and more thoroughly examined                                              
  3. The Engineering Analysis Phase - Inferences are drawn and recommendations are made  based on our findings and analysis.  

We accomplish geotechnical analysis using a team of specialist engineers,
our field services group, and our 5,000-square-foot AASHTO-accredited testing and laboratory facility.
